Several folks recommended Jim Caveziel for the role of Galt. He's 44, conservative, and a fine actor. He's not overly-charismatic, which is important so that he not overshadow Dagny's character.

    Great suggestion! Mr. Caveziel has that, Gary Cooper, Alan Ladd thing go'n on. I really enjoy his portrayal of John Reese, on 'Person of Interest'.
