If, as Dear Leader says, there is not "one smidgeon of proof" that the IRS targeted conservative groups, then what exactly did the IRS apologize for when this scandal broke? If there is no proof then why is Lois Lerner taking the fifth turning Congressional hearings? Is The One's memory this bad or is he simply engaging in wishful thinking?

    True. It's a sad state of affairs that the Dem party protects this narcissistic naif no matter how absurd and tyrannical he has become. He's literally a parody of himself.
