America was made great because the people of America were free and noble and good and productive.

I see this as actually quite simple. It is "people" who made this country great. That is "individuals with only natural constrains" place on them instead of the heavy hand of oppressive governments. Government are simply made up of groups of people that choose to steal instead of create.

When someone talks about something "unheard-of", "disruptive", or radically deviating from tradition, the average American's first thought is "cool!". People from other places think "Who does he think he is? This sounds dodgy." Everyone makes a real judgement when their hear the facts, but the FIRST American thought about someone trying something new is that maybe it's a positive thing. That attitude is powerful and it colors everything we do.

Is this an essay form answer, or a single answer type of contest? The 5000 Year Leap information comes to mind....but that's another book and you're probably trying to promote yours. lol :) Sorry. (Which I'm going to be getting soon. Look forward to reading it, I've heard great things!)
