Putin didn't brush asise Obama's comments . He ignored them as puffery from a bafoon. Putin knows what he wants and has a plan for getting it and nothing Obama does will make the slightest difference to him.
The 101st and 82nd landing in Crimea might make an impact and clearly start a war. Nothing short of that will make ay impression on him.
