'Upskirt' ban passed by Massachusetts legislature after controversial ruling

Waite until some judge rules on this one. the original ruling was as fine a parsing of the American language as I've seen. The intent was clear and the court knew it.

    Well, it's good that loophole was closed so quickly. The original court ruling was issued on Wednesday, and here we are on Thursday with a new piece of legislation to fix that ruling? If only government always behaved so efficiently...

    I would assume that a woman not wanting people to see up their skirt in public would wear longer skirts. We seem to have a fairly strange outlook on such events, similar to women wearing low-cut blouses or tops becoming angry at men that then look.

    Passing a law penalizing the male for being a male, while allowing women to be women is a little ridiculous, don't you think.
