Indiana's school voucher experiment
I'm glad to read about this. (I live in Indiana) Public schools sure do hate competition.

I think it must be hard for the public schools; competition was always difficult in private vs. public, but I doubt the number of students leaving (in the 100s!) was the same a few years ago, and the added strain of the economy is making it even harder for the public schools to survive and continue competing.| Permalink
