Second Call Defense--Protect yourself if you're going to carry

I think we're at that unique place at the end of Atlas Shrugged when the workers took over Rearden's factory and there was an armed conflict. Gun sales are spiking and why shouldn't they? Obama's speech was a joke, and terrorism is a real threat. So we either find ourselves in our own Galt's Gulch, spending time here to be around similar people, or we will likely find ourselves in a similar situation as Rearden--protecting our property from those who want to take it--because they have no other recourse, or motivation.
I've always been very pro gun, but I didn't advertise it much, because concealed carry, or even open carry has legal ramifications at times, and there wasn't any protection if something happened--where a shooter found themselves in a self defense shooting,
Well, there is something now, and I volunteered to be a part of it to help people who have concealed carry permits protect themselves legally. So if you are interested, feel free to use my name to get a free first month. It will ease the fear of actually using a firearm if such an unfortunate circumstance were to occur.

I don't recognize many of the names here currently, it's been a while for me since I've been to the Gulch. But I always liked the people here and the producers of the Shrugged films and I know there are a lot of gun lovers here, and they may not know about Second Call yet. But now you do, so hopefully knowing its out there will encourage you to buy more guns, and hopefully to wear them without fear of being harassed legally for being a concealed carry holder. These are not the times for hesitation.

I chose an annual plan and just got my materials yesterday. In with everything else was a check refunding me a month's worth of the plan cost. So thank you again Rich / Overmanwarrior.

CCW apps are piling up here in California. But, they're getting approved. Deep down, I think the whole concept of having to apply for a CCW is a joke. There has been a legal change, though, that makes it more of just a formality - as the regulators must now generate a legit reason to deny. Otherwise, approval of the CCW.
I think we may be starting to live in a new environment here in America. We've never had this environment. That latest attack at the center in San Bernadino really hit home for me. I have spent many hours in the sister facility here in Norcal. Only a total coward would attack such a center. I think they'll be hitting elementary schools, daycares, rest homes, orphanages, kids' movies playing in crowded theaters. Our government won't protect us.
