EU Report: ISIS Has Smuggled WMD Materials into Europe
Although this is not strickly Objectivist, it is something we should be aware of. It basicallyy is saying the EU is incompetent, and since we know our government is equally or worse, this is something that may warrent attention. They found 6 "middle eastern" men 20 miles into the US with stainless steel cylinders in backpacks. Gee, what do you do with those? I'm leaning towards profiling...

Some exceptions were targeting US Style supermarkets in or near areas of extreme poverty and then opening the doors for looting by locals.
Other repeat occurrences were banks if they needed money or pehaps just opened the doors and let local looting take care of the contents.
Meticulous planning and rehersals were the hall marks.
Terrorism changed when it became important to leave lots of collateral damage (innocent bystanders) bodies laying around and people screaming for protection thus the cycle of repression began as required measures and suspensions of civil liberties were shut down. Government then started being the bad guys while real bad buys were liberating a super market.
A third edition when the Islamics added suicide missions. Nothing new just the end result. Jumping on a hand grenade and winning a Medal of Honor, buying a pill in Oregon, smoking two packs a day for thirty years, strapping on a dynamite vest, playing Russian Roulette 6:1, going to war with the Democrats vs. the Republicans the current odds are 18 soldiers dead in a Dino War to 1 in a Dumbo War. the diffrence is in odds and degrees of relativity. Still all of them are an individual killing their own selves. Politics, Religion, are the reasons but the choice is made by the individual.

The latest step is the government using the same steps and any old crisis for an excuse to reverse the goal - in their favor. That's part of how our nation lost this last go round.
Actually something of substance was accomplished from Bush I to Clinton to Bush II and Obeyme. We became a police state and lost our constitution. The rest of it is pure economics - Greed fueled by Hate and a public that is only too willing to allow the first and provide the second - on command.
Else why would they vote for the cause every two years?
Already, British police forces have been conducting exercises on how to deal with various types of terrorist attack. But the EU report claims that government should 'consider publicly addressing the possibility of terrorist attack using chemical, biological, radiological or even nuclear materials'.
Perhaps NATO should reassess where the real threat to Europe (and the world) originates, and join forces with Putin and Russia. Instead of alienating him.
That's another reason why I will call myself Islamophobic before the PC Police can beat me to the punch.

Actually, that is exactly the right idea. Trump may be a loon, but he does get to the heart of an issue and point out what is not working. His solutions are sometimes a lot of vague blather, meaning he does not have any better idea, but this time he is on to something. Stop, and let them in slowly and carefully. My question was how does an foriegn looking person get to go buy lots of guns and bullets and not raise a question, even after the fact. I know gun dealers are probably loath to be called racist anti everybody pigs, but a phone call may have helped here. No one is talking about the guns or the money, and that is where they all went wrong. As O'Reiley pointed out, Americans are buying guns because of Obama, not in spite of him.
