Here we go again. Playing politics with the American public.
Just scrap the damn thing and be done with it.

If you are not taking charge of your own healthcare and rather seeking to enter this debate, then you are already a sheep and will be sheered, then slaughtered.

There are plans for catastrophes, then doctors who are cash only. Oklahoma has a cash surgery center with people visiting all over the country because they can do surgeries for a fraction of the cost at your local, United Healthcare supported institution.

The key is to find doctors who know the system and have found great ways around it. The days of picking a network doctor and making your co pay and getting back to work the next day are numbered and frankly overwith.

    Take charge; don't follow.

The outrage blows my mind. Prior to PPACA, I had a family plan that was $400/mo. We went through detailed underwriting questions to get that rate. They told me if I lost 15 lbs, I could get a better rate. That makes sense. Along comes PPACA, the centerpiece of which is no more underwriting. I would have had to be a fool to think I could pay the same price and cover claims by people who are not healthy. My policy was based on actuarial tables showing the probability of illness. How could anyone be fool enough to believe we could my same plan to people with existing health problems without my rate increasing!? It makes no logical sense. I squeaked in by starting a new policy 12/31/13, but I was set to get a compliant police costing twice as much for 2015. The whole foundation of the plan is that healthy people pay more to spare people who are already sick and need to change insurance b/c of jobs, poor planning, etc. I agreed with that. Somehow people thought the plan would create wealth out of thin air to pay for people who are already sick. It blows my mind.

Forget the insurance companies. How many stupid people are going to blindly vote for the same guys that passed ocare in the first place? Probably most. This is only delayed to try and protect senate democrats in the next election.

Does anybody think that insurance companies are going to continue to offer "illegal" policies? Particularly when they can "force" the purchase of more costly (and I conjecture higher profit) policies?

I don't think the insuance companies are going to be offering ANY policies four years from now.

But that is EXACTLY what those who "crafted" Obamacare wanted in the first place.

Some policy wonks have analyzed the regulations (not the Law but the implementing Regs) and say that the purpose is to shut down all Health Insurance Companies and toss everybody into a Medicare like plan .
I'm trying to find the article so I can post it in its entirety.
