Rights do not come from a Constitution. It says so in the Constitution itself. So this is blather. Rights, true rights come from the nature of human beings and thus what they require to live and thrive. Agreed that many things listed are not true rights or derivable therefrom. But many of the others like the right to travel in fact are.

Good...Now enforce your opinion. Good ahead explain how you intend to enforce your opinion. Especially since you just admitted you do not intend to follow the Constitution. Blather is right. Besides that what else do you have?

Where In the Constitution do you find the words Right To Travel? Simple question. The opposite question is where in the Constitution do you find the the right to deny right to travel? Must be in there ....Obama just signed it into law. Come to think of it 'where do you find the words natural or true rights in the Constitution."

Opinion is not law but then of course we operate under the Patriot Act now. Too many people failed to act relying on opinion versus law which of course... the government didn't bother with.

If the government defines your right, then they can take it away.

Rights which are inherent to human beings can only be defined based on the position of origins. Either you believe we are chemicals only and therefore, rights are subjective; or we are created and rights are defined and given by the Creator and thereby immutable.

That's it...there is no in between.

That is complete nonsense. Rights are based in the nature of human beings, in the reality of what kind of being we are and the characteristic means of survival of that kind of being.

Rights decreed by some purported Creator are no less subjective and arbitrary than those decreed by a State. People that do not understand this really have no understanding rights or of objectivism.

Why would rights given by a Creator be just as subjective as those decreed by a man? I am not speaking from Objectivism, but pure philosophical thought.

Objectivism has no corner on me.
