ObamaCare was never really about reaching the uninsured. It was about taking over the medical system and the control of the economy and people of the US. I'm afraid my paranoia is show again, but just look at how this under insuring of the uninsured, the lack of healthy your people and other low risk people is affecting the Insurance industry.
