This is so far fetched that I'm sure it has never been used as a plot convention in any major novel of the 20th century.

    Wow, very Machiavellian! But with all the union involvement, I'm not surprised. There will not be any sort of real investigation, because too many palms are greased, and the corruption is too wide spread.

      No, not surprising at all. It's all manipulation. The more I learn of Christy, the less I care for him (and other than telling off the teacher's union, I didn't really care for him that much to begin with).

      Just expect more and more of this to occur to craft an image of Christy over the next 2 years. Luckily, some of it is unraveling.
