Dr. Prentice has 2 Phd's in Economics, worked in the Reagan Administration and is the founder of the Pikes Peak Economic Club in Colorado Springs.

    Thanks for posting this. It makes very clear a concept that is difficult for most people to grasp. It is not taught in schools or colleges. You have to dig deep into political theory from Locke on forward to get the concept and gain an understanding of this basic idea.

      yes. Locke and Rousseau are usually lumped together in college courses. Luckily, I got Treatises and Politic and ...um I forget- it was Plato but can't remember which...in my philosophy course.
