Dr. Vannier, and his colleagues, studied 130 people. Half of those people had not had a stroke while the other half had suffered one. Out of all 130 people, 45 percent had vitamin C levels that were classified as being very low. Another 45 percent of the study participants had levels of vitamin C that were normal. Of those 65 people in the study that had never had a stroke, all of them had normal levels of vitamin C.

I usually type it into a search engine for a hint. I don't text a lot so I'm in the same boat. 8-)

You can also buy it in "encapsulated" liquid form that allows the body to absorb a lot more without causing short term digestive problems. Those higher absorption doses are needed in cancer cases, for example, but may also be helpful in prevention (but no studies done yet AFAIK.)

Good to know. Of course, if you are over a certain age, a daily baby aspirin and high blood pressure meds (if this is an issue for you) will also reduce the risk.

I am familiar with Dr Wallach. A close friend was his attorney years ago. My friend was a brilliant man and had great respect for Wallach. Thanks for the link; I will watch it.
