When the ultra-lib Old Grey Lady says there isn't much you can do, one must wonder what in the world Pres. Obama and SecState Kerry meant by "grave" actions against Russia in the Ukraine situation. We are long past the early days of the Regime in which the President thought he could move mountains, or at least land the Olympics, with just the force of his personality. Sounds like the Administration is merely engaging in perfunctory, empty rhetoric.
