A good article that has another explanation for the current economic numbers. The popular story is to blame the weather. Time will tell.

I heard an analyst say if you delayed buying a car or a house then you will simply go forward when the weather moderates. If you didn't go to the movies or out to dinner that sale is lost. The main crux of this article is how much did the FED bond buying artificially stimulate the economy? As you said Circuit, time will tell.

The weather is having an influence on my wife's practice b/c she's had to cancel many seminars and client meetings on account of weather. Her clients are elderly and won't drive in even an inch of snow until it's cleared.

My gut feeling is we're in an expansion, and the weather is a little road bump. Time will tell.

Thanks Pirate. I hate to always sound like doom and gloom but I just don't think this economy is as strong as we are being told. The truth is ugly sometimes.
