Next, UCLA-North (a/k/a UC-Berkeley) might simply invite the strip club owners to host on-campus tryouts. Much stranger things have been sponsored by American colleges and universities in recent years.

"Or is it an example of the hypocrisy of the feminist movement, which wants men to respect women for their minds and yet has no problem with them getting naked for their money?"
Many feminists are against sex being traded for money, so there is no hypocrisy there.

I don't know if I'm a feminist, but my view is there are trade personal things for money more often than we like to admit: sex, childcare, and time with family. For example, I can hire someone to design a circuit for a client while I watch my kids, or I can hire a babysitter for less and design the circuit myself. I can take a project that pays better but requires more travel. I've never been involved in the sex trade in any form, but I've known of otherwise normal people who had sexual partners who requested and required gifts that appeared to coincide in a veiled way with sex. It's up to each person to make her/his own decision about how to handle these issues.
