A pardon may be couched in such wording as to include any and all conducts and action that may or may not at a later time be construed as a felony, misdemeanor or misdeed. Blanket pardon.


True but it's legal.which is more than i can say for most of his executive directives. He can also blanket pardon the whole Senate or all of Congress. At least I saw nothing to stop it. I couldn't find a prohibition of pardon unless a charge had been filed or an investigation opened.
