I've noticed especially with the public performance of Miss Pinhead 2015 something about the College Loan Program that reminds me of the mandatory Housing Loan program which burst in 2008 you may remember that as the day the government went bankrupt without declaring insolvency.

Lending Institutions were ordered to make loans to non-qualified borrowers for the purpose of buying a house. Many defaulted an the institutions were left with a ton of bad toxic real estate. At that point not one home owner was affected. The bubble burst with the aide of government approved toxic loan bundling. The result s ended up at places like Freddy Mac and Fanny Mae along with a jillion or so bankruptcy cases. The banks were ordered to take on these portfolios of houses to be sold and forced to take loans - by the government. The banks were also ordered to re-evaluate the worth of these toxic properties which effectively drove an amazing number of small banks out of business. Personally I think the whole thing was a setup involving some banks and the government. However....FMae an FMac oofficials received millions in bonuses nonetheless.

Now we looke at education funding and Miss Airhead 2015. It strikes me.....that it's more than entirely possible and highly probable these borrowers are also not good risks. This time due a status known as 'not college or university material.' Not qualified. Something the private scholarship funds look at closely. Since airhead demonstrated that condition I'm wondering how many of these college funding loans are equally toxic." One study I remember talked about a high percentage Freshman never make it the whole year or on to Sophomore level. I recall one Berkeley UC professor stating he gave race based grades to raise another issue.

So...having stated the perception of more than an appearance of impropriety with the announcement of another trillion dollar boondoggle i've laid this out for your consideration and comment. This time in the education catagory
