this is an excellent first pragmatic step. Eradicate ISIS? we have been at war with Islam for decades. remember Iran and the hostages 1979???!!!! barbary pirates??!!! military is not enough. this is a war of ideas. Islam must be decried everywhere and at all times.But that does NOT mean you may stop every person is Islamic at the border.
