Thank you for posting this.
It reminds me of a joke I heard on a Brandon Cropper video: Descartes walks into a bar, sits down, and orders a drink. After he finishes his drink, the bartender comes over and asks "Would you like another?" Descartes replies, "I think not," and "poof," he disappears.

Thinking is the most important thing in the universe. A sun doesn't think. Black holes don't reason. They just behave in accordance with nature. We think--and that is special.

I hate bars and nightclubs--because they are palaces of non-thinking. I've never understood those types of recreational activities.

    Non thinking sex. Most women would not prefere that kind. Getting trashed so that value judgements are stripped away is what is happening. The act of physical pleasure not aligned with thought.

      I agree with your statements but women still go to bars to hookup. I'll bet it's still that way. I've been happily married and out of the dating scene for close to 30 years.
