I wonder how Ayn Rand would view this. Girl held by DCF (DHS) system for 13 months and denied proper medical care. What would you do if this was your 15 year old daughter?

  I would have defied the gag order a long time ago and gone to every press outlet that would talk to me.
  I would be in court getting my parental rights restored.
  I'm sure that Mr. Pelletier thought of these things and may have tried them. I saw him on the Kelly Files (on Fox News) The man is a wreck, his wife collapsed at the last visit and his daughter is worse than ever.
  I'm surprise he hasn't resorted to force to get her out and back .
  This is a complete miscarriage of justice and family.

    Mr. Pelletier explained it in the video. When he visits his daughter, there are five DCF workers and a Mass. state trooper in the room with the parents. It's only going to get worse for all of us.

      I know. Saw the video and the interviews. Saw where his wife collapsed and had to be taken out on an ambulance gurney.
      The DCF people were just making appoint that he had no control in the situation and the state trooper was there as a show of force. Government by intimidation and threats. Not just at the federal level anymore. Blatant and directly in the face of the American public.
