I live in Pittsburgh PA. and my family has a small business in the town of Sewickley PA. Just started read the book. I am really enjoying it and looking forward to part2 of the movie.

    Enjoy the rest of the book Rich. I almost envy you. I remember how excited I was the first time I read Atlas Shrugged... it was like meeting a group of new, like-minded friends. I re-read it every year, just to visit those characters once again... but there's nothing like meeting them for the first time.

    Hey Shrugger. Our local conservative talk radio team (Quinn & Rose) referenced Atlas Shrugged a lot and they promoted the movie. I ordered Part 1 on DVD and enjoyed it. I realized that things are always left out from the book so I started reading.

    Hi Rich. I'm just curious... what led you to see the movie prior to reading the book? My impression has been that the vast majority of movie-viewers were already familiar with the book.

    Thanks. I am about 100 pages in. Don't mind hearing about the rest. I am enjoying it.Looking forward to comparing the book and the movie.
