Judge Napolitano's Ire

Do we have any people in the Gulch who are reporters? I'm curious about your opinion(s) about this. How can we keep our politicians, our gov't on their toes, and keep informed, without these confidential sources. It's difficult enough, I imagine, without getting arrested by the Fed.
