  1) It doesn't, so maybe they'll see I'm not a one tune person

      Dennis DeYoung is probably the most underrated song writer of our era. He's the only song writer to have a #1 single in 4 successive decades. Not even Paul McCartney did that.
      For the record, I would call the following as the top song writers of the rock era -
      Paul McCartney (shared some with John Lennon as part of the Beatles)
      Billy Joel
      Dennis DeYoung.
      
      I count myself very fortunate to have seen Styx in their "original" lineup including Dennis, JY, both Panozzos, and Tommy Shaw when they played at the Steamboat Days in Burlington in 1996. This was the last year that DeYoung played with the rest of the gang. I've been to other Styx concerts since, but just not the same.
      I think that Dennis tried to mend fences (via this song), but for some reason, the other members haven't accepted the apology.
