This is a heartbreaking story. This girl may die because a few people disagreed with her diagnosis and got custody of her. She has been in state care for a year and is visibly worse. The parents are trying to get custody back but are hitting a brick wall. Why do these people get away with stuff like this?
When I was in boot camp in the Navy we were told that the 13 buttons on sailors pants stood for the 13 original colonies, or 13 chances to say no. It's now approaching the time when people need to say no more and shrug those 13 progressive colonies.
