I posted earlier today about Holder telling the state AG they didn't have to defend gay marriage bans. My concern was he was tell the state Attorneies General not to obey their oath to defend their states constitution and laws. It's OK to ignore the laws you think are bad.
It is this approach to law (dis)enforcement that should get Holder removed. If Obama won't do it (and he won't) congress should. (given the Democrat majority in the Senate, he won't be convicted, but he should be impeached anyway.
