- 2Posted by broskjold22 10 years, 1 month agoThe politicians see no need to freeze spending when it's easier to impose regulations and restrictions. Meanwhile hiring freezes occur at major corporations who would be able to hire more help if only the feds reduced their tax rate.| Permalink
