Didin't realize they actually have been trying to build a real working fusion reactor. If it gets up and running, even at 30 mins a pop, it may only be 10-20 years before one is actually able to be contained long term. May make that whole BP thing moot...

The fusion plant would be a god way to do it, if, and a big if, they can make sure it is safely contained and has a butt-ton of backups. Would be ugly if it escapes...| Permalink
