SCOTUS gave themselves the role of determining what is and is not Constitutional, its no wonder the libs packed the SCOTUS as best they could.

- 3Posted by richrobinson 9 years, 6 months agoScalia is stating the obvious. Fixing it is the problem. George W. Bush gave us John Roberts - the savior of Obamacare. Republicans need to make better appointments. I don't know if any Democrat appointee turned out to be more conservative than expected. Too many Republican appointees end up ruling more Progressive than expected.| Permalink
