You need balls to fight the government

The travesty of this parallels Gibson. Not as iconic, but equally punitive, and in this case, the company failed. And now the CEO is being sued by the fed for non existent damages. Overreach and a policy of punishing entrepreneurs is the MO of this administration. Time to fire back!

I would like to point out that the FDA has just done something similar to the genetics company 23andMe. The FDA has forbidden them to continue to provide the health analysis of the SNP's (they do about a million of these), though they can continue to provide the 'ancestry' portion of their service.

It is unbelievable to me that the government feels that it is its right to come between a commercial enterprise and knowledge of _my_own_ genes!

      Jan,
Yes! I was just talking with some friends who luckily got their service before the ban. The reports are extensive and highly interesting-not to mention valuable to the purchaser. How dare they?!

Oh dear! Kids might fall off my dangerous ponies! Someone could get hurt (even though it's not happened in 20 years of doing birthday parties).

I guess they'll be coming to tell me to get rid of the ponies and fine me a gazillion dollars. Where should I slaughter the ponies? Maybe in front of the Jefferson Memorial?

Or what if my little ponies put beans (or Buckyballs) up their huge noses? Huge trouble lurking there, for sure!

I am so curious as to why the government is opposed to Liberty Balls. i mean is the company anti-Obama?

This is an off-shoot of Bucky Balls. Not necessarily that the company is anti-anything. But it is a regulatory agency that is out of control. They look to restrict anything based on any arbitrary criteria. Regardless of demonstrated risks.
