Here is a copy of the warrant. Is Dwolla a US Bank Account? It is my understanding, it is an exchange to and from bank accounts that Bitcoin accounts use.

do you have more information? I was looking at Dwolla account holders comments yesterday trying to switch funds between accounts and could not do it. Further, You could receive your funds only by wire transfer from Gox if you fronted the transfer fees. If Wells Fargo told me I could have access to my account only if I initiated a wire, I would be hugely upset and worried.

Misleading, and wrong Mt Gox had their US bank account seized. Mt. Gox is still operating, just unable to accept money transfers through Dwolla.
