"Under 18 USC 793 subsection F, the information does not have to be classified to count as a violation. The intelligence source, who spoke on the condition of anonymity citing the sensitivity of the ongoing probe, said the subsection requires the "lawful possession" of national defense information by a security clearance holder who "through gross negligence," such as the use of an unsecure computer network, permits the material to be removed or abstracted from its proper, secure location."

With just the thing she has admitted to she is guilty. Let's see what happens.

I do think her and Obama hate each other. He could bring her down if he chooses to. I'm guessing if Biden gets in the race that the decision was made to let her hang.

Hard to believe she remains the favorite for the nomination. I hope it unfolds the way you suggest. I want to see her go down for this.

Did you hear that Joe Biden is set to meet with Loretta Lynch before throwing his hat in the ring for the nomination? And why?

Because Lynch is literally the linchpin who determines whether or not Hillary gets indicted. If Biden announces a run, it will be because Lynch is going to press charges. And Hillary has already committed and admitted to enough to hang herself. Oh, and it doesn't matter what the verdict of the grand jury is. All they have to do is bring her before a grand jury say right before the major caucuses to tank her.

    Sickening.

Uncle Joe died in the early fifties. I heard it broadcast by Gabriel Heater on the radio. Now you tell me he's come back as the Ghost of Politics Past. How freaking scary can a Halloween be?

I am sure she is wondering what all the fuss is about. After all, she is our next President. I still think a major power struggle is going on between the Obama wing and the Clinton wing. Curious to see who wins.

Wonder what it will looked like when it is parsed.

In simple words she's using a nuremberg defense, admitting guilt and asking for clemency.

I had permission to do what I did is the same as 'I was only following orders.'

The neat little twist is she was the one completely in charge at the State Department the one who granted permissions. Ergo sum admission of guilt.

Thinking she could get away with it is maximum arrogance but then what has ever happened to dissuade them from that conclusions. certainly nothing the left wing extremists have done.

I dont need a million dollar probe to tell me:

    1) Hillary does what she wants and hides it from the citizens who hire her.

    2) Hillary is into power for herself, and really doesnt pay much attention to things like consulate security (boring)

Apart from not wanting ANOTHER Clinton (no more than ANOTHER Bush) to be in the white house, those two things cancel her out of the running in my view

I saw that debate bit when Sanders gave Broom Hillary a break over her "damn emails."
Her laughter right then made me think of a, well, Broom Hillary.
But, yes, she deserves a break for being so SPE-CIAL.
Bet every Halloween she even so special flies. I plan to stay indoors.

The Clintons: The greased pigs of politics.
If she gets away with everything without getting indicted, her opponent will need to be someone who is not afraid to use her foibles against her. The Republicans must stop being nice guys and go for the jugular. If 13 months from now, the GOP loses, abandon all hope for the USA.

We don't know, no one has had the nerve to try it. Obama, who broke lots of other new ground with executive orders, may very well be the first.

I knew he would be as soon as the Republicans nominated the one man who can't run against ObamaCare.

I fear she will walk away with nothing happening and she may wind up in the White House. It's a sickening feeling.

Nixon would have if he could. I hope this isn't just a bunch of noise that goes away. She should be treated like anyone else but the Clintons always seem to slip away.
