I think snoops has this wrong, even based of the article. perhaps unknown would be correct designation rather than false, or partially true. but based off some Muslim sects beliefs they would be immune from the "Tax" for not having an insurance coverage policy in place which does have a ring of truth with these emails that have circulated, but not in the direct context (or word usage) that the emails claim are in the bill.
