Time to force California's secession. We have argued for some time about illegal immigrants and while I can understand... even appreciate, arguments about free travel, I will never agree that citizens have no business protecting their political system. If a border is a a boundary between political systems then infiltration into the body politic by people who have not been naturalized/assimilated is a cancer to that political philosophy. The only way to preserve and/or restore the system Rand found as the best in the world, is to excise all vestiges of Marxism from the body politic. That means purging all politicians practicing Marxism in all of its variants from political office and disallow voting by those not inculcated with traditional American political philosophy. Sure, we will always have some that vote for freebies, but if we encourage and import more with no push-back we should just pack it in now. We are no longer fighting a war of arms against communism. The new armament in this war is simply infiltration from without. There are many Marxist politicians that will sell out and create a larger political domestic enemy of socialists for votes. Welcome to the new politburo. I keep hearing Bernie Sanders speaking words reminiscent of "the peoples revolution..." "Useful idiots' are lapping it up.

No its' not illegal. It's part of the Motor Voter Act. Plus if CA has "Real ID," there will be a way to check for citizenship. But what the hell difference does it make anyway? Representation in Congress and the Electoral College is set up so that the 'heads' of all those welcome travelers are counted for apportionment and number of electors. Those welcome travelers congregate in 'progressive precincts' and sanctuary cities and states have huge impact on elections whether they are citizens or not.
