DHS Obeys ACLU’s Order to Stop Arresting Illegal Aliens

I didn't realize the ACLU had become an "overseer" of the DHS. I guess I missed the congressional action that made them part of the government or was it an Executive Order that did so.
It is nice to know the ACLU is looking out for all of us.

The ACLU obviously doesn't really oversee DHS. That's just how this author sees it.
