The lady did what she wanted. She paid for the firefighters because she wanted to. No one forced her to do this.
If she violated the rules by cursing at her boss, that was her choice also. she has to take the consequences. If she didn't I would think she would get her job back. If she doesn't, move on and get a better job. the publicity won't hurt her.
That's my take as a budding Objectivist.
