Well, I'm also a USC alum (along with USMA and St. Ambrose). Like I said, I'm always open to evaluating a good distillery of grains.

Not yet. I'm sure they want to finish the interior and get some nice pics before putting up a web site.
They plan on both retail and wholesale distribution. The husband will be CFO. He has a MBA from Southern Cal and is presently CEO of a large organization, so they aren't the usual mom and pop (and sons) start up. I think he did mention Scotch now that I think of it.

Wow, Whiskey and Tequila are quite different, but bourbon and scotch are merely different varieties of whiskey (although, can be very different).
Do you have a web-link? I'm always open to sampling new offerings.

Whiskey and Tequilla for sure. Maybe Bourbon as well. Keep an eye out for Motte and Sons. BTW, "Motte" is the mom.

By coincidence, $5Au spent two hours at a new micro-distillery Saturday taking a tour and interviewing the owners. Their main hold-up? Waiting on a license from the Feds. Perhaps they should grease the wheels with a donation to the One.

Sure, but when you order an Irish Whiskey when she'd prefer a good Scotch Whisky, you'll find out that a sloped forehead won't keep you warm at night ;-)

Speciesism is unkind...the ladies happen to love the long sloping forehead and protruding unibrow, not to mention the fine Chewbacca like fur. It's cuddly.

Ah, yes, the Manchurian Candidate himself, and Obama's new BFF! McCain threw the election in my opinion.
Of course, a case should go to each of the idiots who observe Earth Day, unaware it is Lenin's birthday, a perfect drink for their day.

Why would you think IRISH? I said, Scotch - that would be the SCOTTISH. Totally different island.

Depends on your $$ availability. Had a bottle of 25 year old SM Scotch. Finished it slowly over a year. Thankful that it was gone before I went on the meds. Ah, memories.

I would buy a few cases if it comes in glass bottle and real sugar for the only sweetener and natural flavors.

I thought the Lenin Network was MSNBC. CNN has turned negative on BO Admin from the little I see of it (cut cable 2 years ago)

    Single malt?
Because of meds, I am forbidden. Is keeping alive considered a sacrifice? And is it worth it? If I wasn't so damn curious about where the human race is heading, I might pack it in.
