This is available on kindle for a dollar so I got it. I just started reading thru them and this stood out.
Today, when a concerted effort is made to obliterate this point, it cannot be repeated too often that the Constitution is a limitation on the government, not on private individuals. That it does not prescribe the conduct of private individuals, only the conduct of the government. That it is not a charter for government power, but a charter of the citizen’s protection against the government. “The Nature of Government,” The Virtue of Selfishness, 1964

Besides the Glossary being available only on Kindle, what is the difference between it an Binswanger's Lexicon?

For one thing it is much shorter.

Did the author say what the purpose of this is or how he got permission to use Ayn Rand's statements in a book comprised solely of her work? Ayn Rand selected quotes of philosophical passages from her novels in For the New Intellectual in 1963, and Harry Binswanger already published his The Ayn Rand Lexicon: Objectivism from A to Z in 1988, now available for free as a web-based reference at http://aynrandlexicon.com/.
