    I am not inclined to agree, in that I doubt the NSA would get away with phishing through an email to be able to plant their malware on your PC. The model seems more Eastern European, to gather financial data for theft, or someone trying to build a big enough bot to use in a powerful DoS attack. There have been rumors of some terroristic plots to use attacks against the power grid/and/or communications nets. This would enable such a type of assault;t. Maybe if the NSA spent more time focusing on the threats rather than our own people they would know?
