    Our benevolent Dear Leader have given businesses with 50-99 employees a stay of execution. This sworn document is the leverage the IRS will use IF a business does not hand over the money next year. they will use the full force of the United States government to intimidate the free and sovereign citizens. Just ask Catherine Engelbrecht of True The Vote.

      Yes, I have heard her speak. Her business was attacked by the FBI, CIA, OSHA (it's just her and her husband), EPA, state and local authorities. The IRS is not allowed to share sensitive information with other agencies. Criminal. and the Justice Department is moot.

        The other really ugly part of this is that this act by the government is illegal. The executive branch cannot (constitutionally) arbitrarily and capriciously impose penalties that are not codified in the law passed by congress and made law by POTUS's signature. This criminalizes the normal business decision making process. You can no longer make the decisions on the size of your labor force without the consent of the government. Now if you criticize the government about this act, you are obviously trying to evade the proclamation of our dear leader and you will be prosecuted for perjury. This also is a frontal assault on free speech.

          This administration has been a frontal assault on liberty since day one. The criminal mass media feeds the low and no info voters tales of sweet smelling roses and republican ogres. Traitors abound.

      This President could be caught with a dead girl or a live boy and still finish his term. We need a Republican senate and congress in 2014. The best we can hope for is Obama plays golf for the last two years of his Presidency.
