Most of them will need to do substantial improvements in order to qualify as dingleberries.

The Vestal Virgins of the Potomac would find some reason to declare that unconstitutional even if the Congress woke up long enough to vote on it.

Speaking of the Congress, won't they be leaving soon for Thanksgiving?

You're asking a lot, Herb. Probably too much for our present bumper crop of dingleberries.

    Nope.
I thought perhaps with the judge's decision someone would grow a pair and step forward and exercise the House' s ability to do its job.

No President will ever be fully impeached nor indicted, either serving or ex. The closest we ever came was Nixon, and the power brokers closed ranks on that one, waited a few years, and now even hold big Republican doings in his Presidential Library.

It's too important that those of us foolish enough to use faith and hope in the government we have, and their power to vote 'the right people' in continue to have 'faith' in their heroic statesmen politicians, like Trump.

Isn't this what is termed a pyrrhic and moot victory? For those that haven't realized it yet, Nationalized Health Care is here and it's here to stay, as is the Imperial Presidency, and the rubber stamp Congress.

I appreciate that so many find all this politicking to stir the juices, but you'll get more satisfaction from a $100 whore than you're going to get out of all of this low intelligence, circus and bread entertainment distractions.

This is allegedly a site to attract Objectivists and related commentary and discussions. That requires individuals that can rationally analyze the facts of reality and apply that to logically reasoned cognition, and I don't see much of that going on lately.

Oh, please let this happen! If Obamacare can be derailed, I can live with it not being a 'clean sweep'. Let's just get this nightmare overwith.

Thanks for the hopeful thread, johnpe.

Not during this term, anyway. But once Trey Gowdy is Attorney General, 0 gets to go on trial!

It is about time that a person in power put forth what the words of the Constitution clearly express. Obama's doublespeak is a page right out of the Lenin playbook. Now let us see if the House can summon up enough courage to use the power of the purse to once and for all shut down the abomination of Obamacare. So far, they haven't been the House of Representatives, but the House of Weenies.

I do believe there is a fear that Bobble-head Biden would only replace the Great and Powerful O.
    Oops, now he might anyway.

Agreed. Since anything like this will undoubtedly end up in front of the Supreme Court (jesters), well, we all know how previous cases turned out.

Will 0 care be repealed as a result of this, doubtful. So what does it mean?

A court ruling just forbidding any further payments would probably derail Obamacare. Not likely to happen.

The President has lost several of these over - reaches in court. So what? Nothing ends up happening. He isn 't impeached. He will not go to jail for openly defying his oath to uphold the Constitution.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out. The fact that Congress did not fund Obamacare was news to me.

I found this from CBS News (September 29, 2013)
    http://www.cbsnews.com/news/house-pas...
but it was hard to follow the House and Senate bills through the thickets of news reporting.

This is an interesting development. I wonder if congress has the power to require the $175B in bribes to private companies repaid to the treasury.
