Any talk of a reunion?

It's been 1 year since we met in Vegas for the premiere of Who is John Galt?. I have been thinking about it recently and what a great time it was. A great collection of like minds. The only negatives were the Hallings couldn't make it and I wanted more time to talk to my fellow Gulchers. I was wondering if there is any chance of having a reunion at some time???

Wonder if Scott could provide a peek into where Gulchers are concentrated geographically. That might be a starting point for Gulch gatherings.
However, I suspect there is a core of about 200 frequent posters that would be most likely participants based on my research of Gulch point activity last April:

(That plus the Gulchers near the meeting site, of course.)

How many attended freedomfest recently ?

FFA, if you go to the Members directory (http://www.galtsgulchonline.com/members) you can do a search for Gulchers located within a radius of up to 250 miles from your location.

You can even send a group message to them.
      This is perfect for meetups.

For something larger than that, posts like this are probably the way to go.

Thanks, E. I was hoping for a data extract that could show where more Gulchers are, but it might make more sense to take a poll showing prospective locations, and asking for 1st-2nd-3rd choices and probability of attendance. Then display the results and discuss, perhaps ask for volunteers to assemble info on specific venues.
Just making suggestions; Not trying to take control.

there were a couple of us. I don't think I will attend FreedomFest next year. It's quite expensive and kinda all over the map.

I went to one of its ancestors several times, the Liberty Editors Conference in Port Townsend, WA. (That was before the driving force behind Liberty Magazine, Bob Bradford, lost his battle with cancer.) Smaller, more intimate, closer to the featured guests, I think. Met Harry Brown, Ron Paul, Doug Casey, Durk Pearson, et al. Wonderful experience.

We'd love to, but I will not fly commercial. If I can find a student pilot who will fly us there for the cost of his gas, I might consider that - but it's pretty expensive to rent a car equivalent to the stealth racer/touring car.
It's certainly not out of the question!

I promise I will go if I can. Of course, I welcome you all to come to me. As long as you're buying a plane ticket-why not fly to paradise? :)
