I'm not sure, but most if not all of the information being entered into ObamaCare files and databases is covered by the Privacy Act or the HIPPA rules . If this is the case, the CGI (or who ever set up the "system" are in violation and should be fined or jailed for each contravention of those two laws that occur. Also If I'm not mistake the fines and penalties accrue on a daily basis.
this set of violations should be enough to shut the system down. But I live in a fantasy world where laws are keep by the Executive brand and political pressure doesn't effect legal actions.
