Atlas Shrugged Q&A for students. I might have to take a crack at answering some of these as a lot of the answers are just... lacking.

Some homework is to read the book and answer the questions... I was suggesting that they may avoid reading the book by going to that site.

The kids ARE doing their homework. The homework is to understand the book and be able to answer specific questions about it.
What difference is there between asking your teacher, your friend, your dad, or GradeSaver? [N.B. My question is homework.]

The few answers I looked at were just wrong.
(Having listened to the unabridged audio book probably 20+ times over a few years). Many of the questions don't make sense.

Question: I wanted to ask you, Dr. Stadler: can you think of any young scientist you might have known ten years ago, who would have been able to do this?"....what does it mean?

    Answer: wow!

On a site that is called "grade saver," I worry that answering the questions would be helping the kids that are trying to avoid thinking about there homework.

You might consider phrasing the darn things a tad better... in question #1... "provide"? Don't you mean "sell" or "turn over"?

The proper answer to question number 3 would be "treason" and/or "acts of terrorism", my preferred answer would be "for being an asshole"

In ASp2's version, Dagney quits her company because her bedmate surrenders his patents.

Think not? Did she resign when Thompson announced 10-289? No, she did not. She resigned when Rearden caved to protect her.

Nevermind, I give up. What is the native language of the person who came up with these "questions"? Ebonics?

I think you're right Scott. That page needs some serious editing and insight, and we here in the Gulch would be doing ourselves a favor to lend them a hand on that.
