Absolutely levy fines, And make them as overwhelming and ridiculous as the fines the EPA sets for their insane findings.

"Johnson reportedly filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court on Thursday alleging the EPA overstepped its federal authority with the outrageous $16 million in fines." According to the article, he's NOT levying fines against the EPA.

    2. "EPA has not made any determinations regarding penalties in this matter nor made any penalty demand of Mr. Johnson. An order the agency sent to Mr. Johnson in January 2014 cites the maximum penalties for noncompliance established by Congress in the Clean Water Act. References to these penalty provisions are included in all EPA enforcement orders to ensure that respondents are fully aware of the relevant provisions of environmental laws." EPA claims they never actually fined him.

The problem with the EPA is an uninhibited executive branch agency able to legislate. The EPA and ATF need to go, and set up appropriate agencies to review and recommend to the legislators...or just go.

The problem with the idea of levying fines against the EPA for false accusations is that the Injustice Department would be in charge of enforcement.

I say make politicians personally legally culpable for damages produced by the laws they pass.
