I'm very happy to have landed in the Gulch. I am a physician who has seen my profession stolen by the robbers who claim their "right" (constitutional?) to take my services without promise of compensation for my time and skills. I am happy to give my time and skills to those in need. But not to be coerced with a gun to my head to do so.

    Welcome, Dean. Isn't it interesting that the public seems perfectly justified in turning you into a slave? At the same time, they are sure then can enslave and abuse you, but you will still be willing to give them your best. I will never understand this. I look forward to your comments in the Gulch.
