Sounds like EPA's obscene version of a false flag. All of these bureaucracies have incentive to grow and obtain more funding. Who knows... it is hard to dismiss out of hand such suppositions after the history we have lived. Sickening.

Thats what this Oministration relies on.

The interesting new tidbit is that a retired geologist predicted that and how this EPA disaster would occur. I think he explained correctly why, too, but I don't think that can be proven.
