Men can and do kill children.
Raising a child is a 24/7 18+ year commitment - writing a check once a month is not the same kind of responsibility. Fathers should be willing to take their babies and raise them.

Of course a man does...and he pays for that irresponsibility every month until the kid is 18, without any choice in the matter. But a man can't carry a child or choose to kill the child at any time to avoid that responsability. Even so, that wasn't what I was asking about.

Do men have any CHOICE or RESPONSIBLITY here or is it just us irresponsible women?

I have to add that there is a multitude of inexpensive before, during, and after intercourse products readily available at any supermarket, pharmacy and drugstore. I'm not asking about this specific subject to start another firestorm on morality or religion. I'm genuinely curious how Objectivism can rationalize Rands position on this matter when today we are so much more aware.
