Bernie Sanders is the Old Left. He seriously believes that capital accumulates for the reason that capitalists accumulate it, like zombies who cannot see beyond it's glinting glare, like a Thorin Oakenshield with his dragon sickness. I thought Thorin didn't owe a dime to Laketown, I must have the dragon sickness too. LoR aside, Bernie believes that labor time is the deciding factor in what people are owed. How else could he say that if you work 40 hours a week, you should be guaranteed a certain standard of living? For those unfamiliar with Marx, that notion comes straight from Das Capital. The depth of the belief is that discovering or innovating or risking it all and succeeding does not entitle you to anything because it was just plain dumb luck. Sadly, I feel Mr. Sanders will have such dumb luck when he runs for office. Will he then share the presidency with his opponents?

Bernie is a socialist from hell. If we think that O is bad, pray that this guy don't win. He will push to Control all businesses.

I am reading Ayn Rand's "Anthem" for the third time. It is very disturbing look at a possible future where what we call "politically correct thought" has gained complete control over mankind. This is where the "liberal-progressives" would take us if we allow it. Bernie Sanders is a vanguard of the coming dark age where authority trumps intelligence.

Government knows that money allows people to express their freedom. Therefore all money should be in the hands of government and be given out only by them. Without money, we citizens are pretty much controlled to sitting in one place and doing nothing

Due to his enthusiastic following, I'm beginning to view Bolshevist Bernie with alarm.
He is the antithesis of Ayn Rand's everything.

He also has problems with Vermont's gun laws, as they are less regulated at state level than federal, unlike permission to operate motor vehicles. Like most democrats, republicans and other statists he wants one law for all, administered from the former Potomac swamp. Said law not to be hindered by scraps of paper such as the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

I'm sure Bernie would like to regulate 3D printing too.
